Greetings~
I have had a wonderful experience with a beautiful dolphin! A new power animal for sure!
Just recently I
was fortunate enough to be asked to accompany my elder sister on a cruise through the Carribbean. We traveled to Jamaica
where I was blessed to be able to swim with the dolphins. One particular dolphin "Meta" gave me such a healing.
Dolphins speak to us about the breath of life. Since 2008 when I had pneumonia I have been using oxygen, my breath had
been so short, but now I CAN BREATHE!!! The oxygen has been picked up and taken away from me now and I am breathing
well on my own. Such a blessed Miracle.
 SUMMER JUNE 22, 2011!
Happy summer everyone! At least here in North America. It's all about the deer for us this year. We
are visited daily by the yearlings who are growing into adult hood more and more everyday. We have had a group of four
deer stop by for corn in the early morning and at sun down. It is a mother doe and her two yearlings and one adopted
yearling. Prancer the yearling male is growing antlers and is the most courageous of all. He greets Tom at feeding
time. Sista is his sister, she too is growing into a beautiful doe. Valentine came to us last year as a spotted
fawn. She had been hit by a car or something? She had a broken leg, she is walking up the path now as I write
this. She is the adopted little doe who is not thriving as well as the others. Just late last week we noticed
that the mother doe looked pregnant. This week the mother doe is missing from the group. Hopefully she has given
birth to her new fawn(s). We do look forward to seeing Mama Doe who we called Mystery for a couple of years. She
was always alone. Then one day last summer, there she was with two fawns! She adopted Valentine. Now we wait.

December 7 2010: The Arctic Blast of cold air in upon us and the winds of change batter our home, pressing against
us in such a strong way. At times we are totally aware of the chaos, the anger, the sadness in the hearts/minds
of those whom these powerful winds have blown across before us. It takes our centeredness to ride them out
at times.
The Bear entered into conscious awareness today and speaks of the Dream Lodge. "Go into the Dream Lodge, there is a Dream
awaiting you." The Bear is the guardian of the Dream Lodge which is in the West and the color of black. Making time
for introspection is important. The winter Solstice is almost here! "
What are Power Animals? In these times we are quite separated from Nature.
We are more in tune with the cars on the road, the grocery stores, the TV, the movies, newspapers and fast food. But
in the early days of our land people were in touch with Nature. Every living thing had a voice. Because there
were no distractions people could actually hear those different voices. Especially with the animals...their souls had
a voice and the native people could hear that voice. Each animal represents a specific medicine or power. Each person
has four of these animals, one for each direction; guarding and helping to guide life's path onward into the future.
Each animal has a certain power and gift to offer each human being to help in all situations in life. BECOME AWARE AND
RE CONNECT TO YOUR SPECIAL POWER ANIMAL, looking over you.

Daily we have beautiful deer who visit in our natural back yard . We truly look forward to seeing these deer!

POWER ANIMALS: I came to understand my power animals after a beautiful initiation drum
session. I was visiting a friend in Naples, Florida and was invited to join a Shaman Drum Journey Initiation Weekend.
An experienced Shaman Drum Journey Guide by the name of Heather gave us the opportunity to journey within ourselves, within
a non ordinary reality of Spirit to re connect to our personal Power Animals. We came back from the drum journey celebrating
successful experience of each of our Power Animals, which were all different.
September 14 2010 was a great day for being with our power animals in 3D reality! We decided on 9/11 to take
a break from "middle world" here at the lake. We drove up to Sautee Valley and took a hike into nature, pure and undistrubed.
We hiked to my sacred journey space. Just as we arrived, I heard the rain coming swiftly up the valley through the trees.
We threw our blankets over our heads, one on the ground and sat in the beautiful warm rains deep in the forest. Tom
and Tripp tried to stay dry, but I was allowing the rain to cleanse me from head to toe.........they said they could see "my
Indian" come through me. One 9/14 we were visited by two female deer and four junior deer, the Eagle, and the Hawk!
What a blessing we felt as we enjoyed the beauty of each of these power animals. We felt we were blessed to have them
visit us at our home because we hiked into the forest on 9/11. Life is such a wonder. You are wonderous.
I am wonderous. Knowing our power animals and intuiting their message from their visititations is a great practice and
always always exciting.
4/7/2010...It's hard to believe it is really 2010...omg.....blessings are coming as fast as we are able to receive receive
receive. The kitten found a couple of snakes this week. He played with the four foot long black runner.
I felt sorry for this snake, he had been picked up with the kitten's claws multiple times...but he stayed still until the
kitten was bored and then snake crawled under the walk way. Tom said they encountered another snake on the trail which
had stripes running down it's back. Two snakes , one for each of us. Snake is asking us to take the fire
from the circle and transmute it into energy for the planet.
So it is time to transmute the fire energy, transmute, transmute, transmute. Keeping the flame alive within our
souls, our hearts, our minds and moving on down the river....always a metaphor for life. Love you, Vimala
IT'S 2010 already! I can't believe that I actually live in this time....who would have
thought??? Yesterday I was taking rest, that means sitting in my comfy cozy lovie chair and tuning into the NATGEO channel.
In Anchorage Alaska the bears are coming out more and more mixing with the community and unfortunately some folks are being
attacked. I watched the bears go to the rivers for salmon, fishing them out of the river with their bear claws and enjoying
the freedom of nature. I admire the bears so much, from a distance, I don't know what I would do to have an encounter
with one. Their strength and medicine is the power of introspection. It lies in the West on the great medicine
wheel of life. Black is the color. It is said that our goals reside in the West also. In winter Bear enters
hibernation, to digest the year's experience...the darkness of introspection, sleep, the dreamtime. Bear calls this
place the Dream Lodge, the great void where all solutions and answers live in harmony with the questions that fill our realities.
In our physical bodies the West is the intuitive side, the feminine, the right brain. Take a journey into the Dream
Lodge of Bear where the ancestors hold Council, enter that silence so that your goals may become concrete realities, enjoy
the strength that the winter and Bear gives to you. (Vimala 1/10/2010)
It was the last day of October, Halloween in fact when I saw my Bald Eagle
fly overhead! The rains have certainly blessed us all of October, we have had over ten inches for the month.
It had rained all morning and finally there was a break in the clouds. I was speaking long distance with my sister when
I walked outside to breathe in some of the wet air. She was telling me about a possible mission that she needed
to embark upon when I noticed a shadow overhead. My first instinct was to look up and when I did I saw my Bald Eagle
flying over my head! She was so close to me! Just right above, flying from the East, the place of illumination
into the West the place of introspection! I told my sister that the Eagle had just flown over and this was a message
from the Great Spirit that she should heed! I felt that the Great Spirit was surely endorsing the mission that she spoke
of and to rest assured that this mission was from Mother Father God/dess!!!! How fortunate to have such a firm affirmation
and message from the Great Spirit. The Eagle is the messenger of the Great Spirit. I haven't seen my Eagle since
last fall, no telling when she'll fly into my life again, but I felt her power and authority as I watched her mighty wingspan
as she flew West. THANK YOU GREAT SPIRIT. 11/1/09
BLESSED AND BLESSED AND BLESSED
HUMMINGBIRD just paid me a visit. The hum of her little wings captured my attention
and I must have captured hers as well. She came right up to me as I was standing on my deck at 7:47am welcoming the
grandmother Sun for this day! She stopped right at my face, turning to and fro pausing in her busy morning to say hello,
checking me out and giving me the gift of her presence for oh so long. What a beautiful gift for a beautiful sunrise.
I feel so blessed. Thank you Hummingbird, I wondered if you had taken flight to your winter home yet......you are still
here with us on the October 13, 2009! Thank you for stopping by I love you.
Welcome Fall.......2009!
Did you hear and feel the DRUMMING pass? It came right through me from right to left, I felt
it pass. I heard it pass by...it was so wonderful and it rained and rained and rained and rained so much the floods
came and thunder, lightening and we have all been cleansed, some of us have lost our homes to the floods .....we shall
pray for these dear ones.

The full moon of September brings out the FOX for me to see. It's a rare treat to see the Fox, she hides in her
environment so well. She carries the art of camouflage as her medicine bundle. I am delighted to get
a glimpse of her as she crossed my path, plain as day! Fox is the protector of the family unit....she keeps
the family together and safe. When Fox allows you to share her medicine it is a "sign that you are to become
like the wind, which is unseen, yet is able to weave into and through any location or situation." The way to apply
this in your life could be by just observing the acts of others rather than their words at this time. Be silent
about who what and why you are observing and use this cunning nature in a positive way. Fox asks you to gain confidence
in your ability to know instantly what will happen next.....discerning that predictability....on all levels you are
being asked to see the ONENESS everywhere. You are so blessed when Fox shows herself to you.
"The Full Moon and The Owl both are paying me a visit this week! As the Full Moon begins to rise in the East, the
hoot of an Owl calls out....the Owl traditionally sits in the East, the seat of Illumination....noted for it's ability to
hunt at night because of it's keen night vision. It has also been marked for the sign of wisdom...because it can see
what others cannot. Owl comes and gives us the message that deception could be a foot and Owl helps us to use our
powers of keen observation to intuit some life situation. I thank Owl coming this week and giving me it's message of
wisdom. Clairvoyance is being able to see through the darkness and I so appreciate this ability aided my this Night

HUMMING BIRD is flying around in North America this time of year and so many of you want to know
more about her. There is a tribe in South America in the jungle that honors HUMMINGBIRD every year with a great dance and
feasting. For me she is very sublime, subtle and a great indicator of sensitivity. When I see her, I always
feel my mother's presence and JOY in my heart. Hummingbird will fly very close to me when I am feeling that
Divine Joy.
Humming Bird has magical qualities. Her feathers open the heart. She will quickly fly
away from discord or harshness. Everytime I see Humming Bird it's a sign of Joy. Humming Bird's mission is to
spread Joy. Darting from flower to flower she holds the bow of beauty. Hummingbird is a fragil medicine.
Beauty is his target. Journey into your personal pain and know that your sorrow is your joy in another reflection.

EAGLE medicine is the power of the Great Spirit, the connection to the Divine.
This photo was taken from our dock. Eagle sat high above me in an old dead tree, watching me take photos of her, then
she sprang from the branch and took flight! .
Last night I dreamed two bears visited me. I saw the two bears come running down the hill, they ended up in my
garage looking through the kitchen door with those faces peering in......um......two bears....bears represent the west,

It has been raining each day here in the South. It seems after a good rain with thunder and lightening the TURTLES
begin to move from one location to another. TURTLE signifies Mother Earth energy and being grounded. When you
see TURTLE it's time to embrace the Mother energy , (as I smell the sweet grass), the power of Earth Mother Goddess. Ask her
for assistance....abundance follows.
EAGLE : SPIRIT........smybolizing a state of grace achieved through hard work,
pain, suffering, sacrifice, understanding and a completion of the tests of initiations which result in the taking of one's
personal power. "Broaden your horizons, go beyond what is presently visible!"
SWAN: GRACE
You must be willing to accept whatever the future holds as it is presented, without trying to change Great Spirit's plan.
Surrender to the flow of the spiral and trust what comes. This is a time of altered states of consciousness and development
of your intuitive abililities. Accept your ability to know what the future holds. Surrender to the Grace of the rhythm
of the universe, and slip from physical body into dreamtime, be at one with all planes of consciousness and trust the protection
of the Great Spirit.
The Great Spirit is always speaking to us, when we attune ourselves and listen. Listen........all are
speaking to us.......listen, the wind has a voice, the winged ones, the four leggeds, the creepers and crawlers, the standing
ones.....the swimmers..all have voices and something to say.....realize that even the Earth herself has a voice......guiding
us along life's pathways.
LISTEN, BE STILL, LISTEN. Can you hear your messages?
